About Us
Inspired Compliance Solutions was founded by Monique
Batterham.
Monique has 30 years experience working as an executive
in Risk & Compliance at top tier financial services firms such
as Macquarie Bank, the Reserve Bank of Australia,
Schroders, QBE and Pinnacle Investments.
Monique holds numerous degrees such as a Masters in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, a Bachelor or
Commerce (Banking & Finance), a Certificate in Leadership from Harvard.
Monique holds certifications including:
- Certified Compliance Professional (Australasian Compliance Institute)
- Certified Practicing Risk Manager (Risk Management Institute of Australasia).
Throughout her 30 year career Monique has designed and implemented numerous Risk & Compliance Frameworks,
represented The Australasian Compliance Institute to design and present compliance training to the Indonesian Regulator
(Bapepam), has led industry working groups to design and implement industry wide solutions to major regulatory reform.
For her contributions Monique has received numerous industry awards.

complex domestic and international financial services organisations. She is
results focussed, accustomed to analysing and resolving complex issues.
Personal integrity, professionalism and a collaborative approach are
important to Monique. Monique is a Financial Services subject matter

her engagement with industry associations. Monique is a pleasure to work
